Located on the private Snake Hole Road this 3-bedroom 2.5 bath home is within walking distance to Black Rock Beach and Rodman's Hollow, one of the Island first Nature Preserves with endless walking trails.  Enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean and sunset skies. Appreciate the traditional design of this year-round family home with an open kitchen/dining area that leads into the living area. Enjoy evenings on the front porch, the best spot to hear all of nature’s sounds and the ocean’s waves crashing. Back deck with grill area accesses off the back entrance. Additionally on this level there is a half bath/laundry and small study, drop off area. All three bedrooms are located on the second level with primary bedroom/bath and a hallway full bath for the other 2 bedrooms. Both the first level and second level offer views from each room and the many colors of the Islands spectacular sunsets. Finished lower level for is set up as a game room, perfect for the ‘kid in everyone’. Located ‘off the beaten path’ this home is the place to enjoy the natural aspects of Block Island.

Please note: This is a Block Island dirt road and can be difficult to access if you do not have a high clearance vehicle. 

The weekly rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 1 King, 1 queen set of sheets, 2 twin sets of sheets, 6 bath towels and 4 hand towels, as well as, 6 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels, please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

This house rents for $4650 per week. This rental is a Sunday to Sunday turnover. This house does not rent nightly.
