This rental home offers a contemporary open floor plan with a combined living, dining and a newly remolded kitchen. The large wrap around deck allows for ample outdoor living and a perfect seat for each and every sunset. There is a peaceful sunlit sitting area which provides natural light to finish reading the "beach book" that afternoon book. This home has nice accommodations, including central air conditioning throughout the house, sleep well during those hot summer nights. The second level offers three spacious bedrooms and a generous primary suite. All three bedrooms have queen beds and two share a full hall bath. The lowest finished level of this home is the "kid hangout and sleepover area" offering one big open finished room with two twin beds and a bunk bed with two twins. Privately located this rental home presents a large outdoor space and yard with plenty of room for active summer games. Feel free to bring the corn hole set, there is plenty of room for all to play!  Enjoy the privacy, sunsets and contemporary accommodation of this Block Island rental home.

This weekly rental includes, cleaning, linens, garbage removal and beach supplies. Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental, are the following: 3 Queen set of sheets, and 4 twin sets of sheets, 10 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as, 10 beach towels. The rate for this rental is $6,500 per week. This rental is a Saturday to Saturday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
