The second level includes three spacious bedrooms, all with queen beds. The primary suite is generous in size, and the remaining two bedrooms share a full hall bathroom.

The finished lower level serves as a dedicated “hangout” and sleepover space with two twin beds and a bunk bed (two twins), creating room and fun for kids or groups.

Outdoors, the expansive yard provides plenty of space for games—bring the cornhole set—there is room for all to play. The privacy and views make this a perfect West Side getaway.
