The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies. This rate for this house is $6,100 per week. This house is a Sunday to Sunday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 2 queen, 3 twins sets of sheets, 7 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as 7  beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels, please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house, we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
