Be close enough to town, beaches, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away from the hub of Block Islands little town.  The property offers a lovely back yard for outdoor relaxing and entertaining or just a family meal together.  The open floor plan has a spacious living and dinning room area with the Kitchen off of dinning room and a door out to the lovely backyard where picnic table and gas grill are conveniently located for meal times.   

The first level also includes one bedroom and half bath, plus a little sitting area off of the bedroom with sliders that lead to the outside deck. The outside shower is located off back of house along with a large picnic table and gas grill.  Laundry area is located in the basement.  The second floor of the home has two very large bedrooms and one full bath. Great location and comfort are all you need for a stress free getaway!

This weekly rental includes, cleaning, linens, garbage removal and beach supplies.  Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental, are the following: 1 king set of sheets, 4 twin sets of sheets, 6 bath towels and 4 hand towels, as well as, 6 beach towels.  If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

The rate for this rental is $4,600 per week. This rental is a Sunday to Sunday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. This house is Pet Friendly, which requires a higher security deposit. 

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
