This attractive rental home is expertly crafted and designed with a wonderful blend of style, warmth and comfort. It offers modern day luxuries spread throughout three floors. Enjoy the privacy of the neighborhood, but also easy access to Town, Ballard's Beach and Mohegan Bluffs. The first level offers a bright and airy combined kitchen, living and dining space. The living room, filled with wall-to-wall windows, spills out onto the wrap around porches allowing you to enjoy a fluid outdoor and indoor space. Just off of the dining area is a first floor bedroom with two twin beds and a triple bunk bed – great for kids, families, or friend groups. Accompanying this bedroom is a large, full hallway bathroom. The second level features two spacious bedrooms, a "nap nook" (perfect for enjoying the view on a chaise lounge), a sitting room with a full pullout couch, and wrap-around deck with views of passing barges, The Spring house, a duck pond, sprawling green hills, stone walls, and visiting deer. Gather here at sunset for pink skies and a cheers to vacation! More about the second level: The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, high ceilings, and a walk-in, custom built closet. It also features a deluxe bathroom complete with dual vanities, skylights, Block Island-inspired stained glass windows, a glassed-in multi-head shower and a jetted whirlpool tub. This primary suite is a treat for anyone and encourages much needed relaxation. The sitting area can be left open as part of the suite, or cordoned off by sliding pocket doors and a custom-made barn door to create an additional sleeping area with a full, pull out couch. The second bedroom features two twin beds (easily pushed together for a king bed if desired) with high ceilings and a full private bathroom. A laundry room that makes it super easy to "do what needs to be done," complete with iron/ironing board, mini fridge and microwave (for late night snacks). The lower level just off of the storage/garage entrance, features a private, in-law style apartment with a queen bed, full bathroom, sitting area with a twin pullout couch, kitchenette and direct outdoor access. Secretly located from the rest of the house, this suite has the amenity of opening up to a sun-soaked patio and a classic Block Island outside shower.  This rental is beautifully situated on a private pond and the ducks love it. There is a family of mallards and other birds that paddle around daily. Feel free to feed them but not too much! (Note: the pond abuts the house, but is owned by a neighbor, so it is not for people use please). This Block Island vacation rental has the privacy, location and views for a complete getaway experience. Close to Town and Ballard's Beach you are sure to enjoy each and every day!

This home includes, cleaning, linens, garbage removal and beach supplies.

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this weekly rental, are the following: 2 King, 8 twin sets of sheets, 12 bath towels and 8 hand towels, as well as 12 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at own expense. Note: there is more beds in this home, but we only provide the linens for 12, the allowed amount of people.

The rate for this rental is $7,500 per week. This rental is a Saturday to Saturday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity. This rental is on an Island dirt road, conditions may vary. SUV vehicle is preferable.
