The primary suite features a king bed, ocean views, high ceilings, walk-in custom closet, and a luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, skylights, stained-glass accents, multi-head shower, and whirlpool tub. The sitting room can remain open or be enclosed as an additional sleeping area. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to a king) and a full private bath. A laundry room is also located on this level.

The lower level offers a private in-law style suite with a king bed, full bath, sitting area (with twin pullout), kitchenette, 55” TV, and direct access to a sunny patio and classic outdoor shower. The garage includes an ice machine for easy cooler-filling. The home overlooks a neighbor-owned pond that hosts daily visits from mallards and other birds—feel free to feed them lightly, but the pond is not for swimming.
