This inverted 3-bedroom uniquely, octagon house is just steps away from West Beach one of the most popular “off the beaten path” beaches for sunset walks, sea glass picking or just exploring.  Located on popular Corn Neck Road, walking/biking distance to Clayhead Trail, the Hodge Preserve & Mansion Beach.

This newly renovated inverted house with central air conditioning is an ideal design to capture all the views from the living, dining, and kitchen area.  The upper level of this house is also adorned with a partial wrap around porch so that you can enjoy the outside space. With this inverted design, there is a bedroom and a full bath on “the view” second level. The other two bedrooms, share a full bath on the first floor.  Each bedroom has playful and sophisticated décor. There is also a laundry room on the first level.

Large yard makes it ideal for summer outside games or for you to enjoy the enclosed outside shower, a must have for your summer rental. Abutting conservancy land allows for some privacy.  This summer rental is a coveted location, on Corn Neck Road with access to West Beach, the place to be for your Block Island summer vacation.

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

This rate for this house is $6100 per week. This house is a Friday to Friday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 2 queen set of sheets, 4 twin sets of sheets 8 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as, 8 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels, please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house, we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
