Gorgeous ocean views over Victorian rooftops and just a stroll away from enjoyment of the Atlantic Inn porch and dining room, famous for tapas and drinks on the lawn in the late afternoon. The home offers a beautifully appointed interior with kitchen/dining room, living room, one bedroom with queen bed and a full bath on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two full baths. The fourth bedroom and bath is located on the lower level and is set up as a children s TV area with a trundle bed. Owner and Inn operator live in the house next door.

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

This rate for this house is $6,600 per week. This house is a Saturday to Saturday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 3 queen set of sheets, 2 twin sets of sheets 8 bath towels and 8 hand towels, as well as, 8 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.
