Every family will appreciate this large classic Block Island beach house. The Admiralty House with 6 bedrooms is large enough to accommodate 14 people. Located on Spring Street right across from the ocean this house enjoys views from every window. Close to town and beaches makes it easy for each individual to take advantage of all the amenities town has to offer without driving. The main floor has an open dining room and kitchen that is nicely equipped. Large dining table and outside seating makes it easy to entertain everyone. The ocean facing living room opens up to the family room/game area with a sizable flat screen television. Plenty of seating makes this area perfect for cozy movie nights. Half bathroom on this level, also acts as the laundry area. The wrap around walk out deck and large yard allows for great outside fun. The second floor is 2 full bathroom and 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is ocean facing with a King size bed. The other three bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. The top floor has two additional bedrooms and a full bath.  One bedroom 3 twins and one queen, the other  bedroom has a king and a queen bed. The Admiralty House offers uninterrupted ocean views and some of Block Island's best fishing right across the street.

The weekly rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 2 King, 4 queen set of sheets, 1 full sets of sheets, & 3 twin sets of sheets, 14 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as, 14 beach towels. This house rents for $12,000 per week. This rental is a Sunday to Sunday turnover. This house does not rent nightly.
