The main floor features an open kitchen and dining area with a large dining table and additional outdoor seating for group meals. The ocean-facing living room extends to a family/game room with a large television and plenty of seating—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach. A half bath and laundry area are also located on this level. A walk-out wraparound deck and generous yard provide plenty of space for outdoor fun.

The second floor includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom faces the ocean and features a king bed. The remaining bedrooms include one with two queen beds, one with one queen bed, and one with a full bed. The third floor offers two additional bedrooms and a full bath. One room includes a queen bed and three twin beds; the other includes a king bed and a queen bed.
