Located down one of the Islands private cut through roads, this property sits between Cooneymus and West Side Roads, an equal distance to Fresh Pond and to the stunning sunsets at the end of Cooneymus, known to the locals as "sunset beach". A popular Block Island inverted design with 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. Open living, dining, kitchen and half bath on the upper level with a large walk out deck to entertain and appreciate the sounds and sights of this tranquil, private neighborhood. The lower level offers 3 bedrooms and a separate, private master/bunk suite. One bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with a full bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bath. The master/bunk room, located through an enclosed breezeway, has its own entrance and deck, a queen bed, a bunk bed with a twin and full & sitting area, laundry and full bath with generous space. This property is distinguished by its private location and by the abundant, two and a half acre yard that is connected. Look right, look left, look ahead and you will find a path to the Islands famous Greenway Trails, a network of maintained trails that connects you to almost anywhere on the entire Island. From the cottage, you can walk east, west, north, and south, all within the Islands Greenway Trail system. Enjoy this Island setting as much as the home owners do. They have outfitted their home in a modern style with antique accent pieces and created a place that your family and friends can enjoy time away from town. Relax for a few days and relish the quiet and the unruffled sights and silent sounds of Block Island. This home does have air-conditioning. 

Weekly rental includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies. Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 3 set of queen sheets, 3 twin sets of sheets, and 1 double, 10 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as, 10 beach towels. The rate for this home is $5200 per week. This rental is a Sunday to Sunday rental. This home does not rent nightly. This house is Pet Friendly, which requires a higher security deposit.
