This vacation home is the ultimate “right on the beach” vacation home. Located on one of Block Island’s most popular east side beaches, this home offers three nicely appointed bedrooms and two full baths. Experience early morning walks or a swim at the beach just steps from the house.  Whether it is afternoons on the deck or a full day at the beach your vacation mood is set. And when you see the amazing moon rise right in front of you this Block Island waterfront, beach location speaks for itself.

The weekly rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies. This rental provides parking for the tenants only. If there are additional vehicles parked in the designated tenant parking, the tenant will be charged monetarily. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following:  2 queen set of sheets, & 2 twin sets of sheets, 6 bath towels and 4 hand towels, as well as, 6 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

This house rents for $6,200 per week. This rental is a Monday to Monday turnover. The house does not rent nightly.

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
