Great location between The Boat Basin/Oar and Champlin's Marina makes it easy to be a part of all that New Harbor and Payne?s Dock has to offer. This large two bedroom townhouse style unit located on the end of the building takes in all of the spectacular views of the Great Salt Pond and North Lighthouse. The first level has an open combined kitchen, dining & living room with a balcony just off of the living with amazing views of the pond and ocean. First level also offers washer and dryer area. The second level has two bedrooms and a large hall bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and private half bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk (two twins) and a second private half bath. Ample hall bath has a Jacuzzi tub making it easy to relax and appreciate the views. This condo unit has from every window and enough space for everyone to enjoy. Includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this weekly rental, are the following: 2 queen sets of sheets, 2 twin sets of sheets, 5 bath towels and 4 hand towels, as well as, 5 beach towels. The rate for this rental is $2,950 per week. This rental is a Saturday to Saturday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity. 

This house is also available in the Shoulder Season, from May to October. Please inquire for rates and availability.
