This five bedroom two full bath home has an open kitchens/dining areas plus two living areas with plenty of outside space for dining or enjoying the water and sunset views. The first floor offers the large kitchen and dining area perfect for family dinners. Off of the dining and kitchen are two family rooms, one with plenty of room to relax and watch TV and the other feels more like a sun-room perfect for quiet reading or conversation. The first floor also has one bedroom with two twin beds with hallway full bath. The second floor has four bedrooms. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a double bed that share an outside balcony. This balcony has access to the yard and it the perfect place to enjoy the evening sunsets. The third bedroom on this level has both a queen bed and a trundle; the fourth bedroom has a bunk (two twins). All upstairs bedrooms share a full hallway bath. This house sits atop a hill providing beautiful views of the west side sunset. The large yard and outside decks provides plenty of room to dine or just sit and watch a Block Island Summer go by. The outside shower is substantial size and is a great addition to this home. Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 3 queen set of sheets, 4 twin sets of sheets, 10 bath towels and 4 hand towels, as well as, 10 beach towels. The rate for this rental is $5,500 per week. This rental is a Saturday to Saturday rental. This rental does not rent nightly.
