Tucked away in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of Block Island, known as Peckham Farm, this property is a wonderful rental that incorporates both farmhouse appeal with new amenities. Take a trip to the Island’s first conserved area know as Rodman’s Hollow and enjoy a private walking path to Peckham Farm’s private conservancy. With three bedrooms and two and a half baths spread throughout this sprawling house, this space gives everyone a private nook for themselves.  Located for all to enjoy the open living, kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room for “movie night” and entertaining. Additional loft area with ladder steps add to the farmhouse charm. It’s a great place to be while you enjoy panoramic views of Peckham Farm, Rodman’s Hollow and the ocean. One side of the house down from the kitchen is a primary bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom that has one of the most unique custom-built field stone shower/tub. It has the feeling of being in a charming B&B in Ireland!  This room also offers you privacy and a private walk out to the outside deck area. Midway through the house off of the living room is a long hall that brings you to the two other bedrooms.  The queen bedroom off of the hall offers lovely views of Peckham Farm’s conservancy and the ocean. Just down the stairs is the "kid" bunk room with two twins and a double bed. These two bedrooms share the large bath with washer and dryer. This downstairs room also has two private doors, one to the outside deck and the other to the expansive back yard. Outside deck is a lower deck with just a step down to the large yard. It is equipped to entertain with outside speaker system and plenty of furniture so you can enjoy living outside as much as inside. Just off of the deck is the old farm house foundation with a cozy little sitting area. This Block Island rental offers a pleasing sense of an original Block Island Farmhouse with  private areas throughout the house and access to Rodman’s Hollow and views of the ocean.

This weekly rental includes, cleaning, linens, garbage removal and beach supplies.  Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental, are the following: I king set of sheets, 1 queen set of sheets, 2 twin & 1 full sets of sheets, 8 bath towels which include and 6 hand towels, as well as, 8 beach towels.  If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrentals.com at your own expense.

The rate for this rental is $5,100 per week. This rental is a Sunday to Sunday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
