With easy access to Mansion Beach, Clay Head, the Labyrinth, Hodge Property Preserve, and the Island’s trail network, the location is ideal for exploring.

Designed with an inverted floor plan to maximize the views, the top level includes an open kitchen, dining, and living area surrounded by large windows and sliding doors. The living space opens directly to an expansive deck on two sides, offering seamless indoor–outdoor living and a perfect place to relax or dine outside. A private uphill yard provides space for outdoor games and enjoyment.

The first floor includes three bedrooms and two full baths. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, and the third bedroom includes a bunk bed plus two additional twin beds. The lowest level has a bonus sitting room. An infant crib is located in one of the queen bedrooms; bedding for the crib is not provided.

Please Note: This home is located on a dirt road off Corn Neck. A high-clearance vehicle is recommended, as road conditions can be uneven.
