The weekly rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 3 queen set of sheets, 4 twin sets of sheets, 10 bath towels and 8 hand towels, as well as, 10 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

This house rents for $17,000 per week in season and $15,000 off season. This rental is a Saturday to Saturday turnover. This house does not rent nightly.

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
