Conceived and crafted by the owners—one an architect and the other a celebrated artist—this home reflects a deep appreciation for design, family, creativity, and Block Island’s natural landscape. The result is a serene and inspiring retreat where every detail has been considered.

The main level features an open living, dining, and kitchen area designed for easy gathering and relaxation. Step onto the expansive deck to enjoy the owner-crafted fire table and sweeping Island views, or mix a cocktail at the soapstone wet bar before preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. A primary suite with queen bed and an ensuite/shared hall bath is also located on this floor.

The second level includes three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds—share a hall bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed with a private full bath. Central air conditioning runs throughout the home to ensure comfort during warm summer days.

Designed with environmental mindfulness, the home includes fresh, filtered Island well water. Guests are encouraged to avoid bringing single-use plastic bottles—the drinking water here is excellent.
