The views captivates so much of the Island, the owners of this home were delightfully surprised their first year to enjoy the best spot to see the spectacular Block Island 4^th of July firework display!

This rental home offers a contemporary open floor plan, that will have you standing in the middle of the simple sophisticated living room contemplating your next move… step outside and partake in the nicely appointed deck to enjoy the owner-handmade fire table or make yourself a cocktail at the soap stone wet bar, or stroll into the complete, thorough, and equipped kitchen to prepare a bite. Anyway, you choose, it is all outstandingly selected for you to adore.

This home not only offers “design eye candy” but there is a place for everyone, with central air conditioning throughout the house. The main level offers a generous primary suite with an queen bed and an ensuite shared hall bath. The second level of the house has 3 spacious bedrooms, two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, that share a hall bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. 

This home was designed and engineered to be environmentally friendly. It has all the amenities of a luxury house, and the owners were meticulous to make sure you can enjoy the clean Block Island drinking water. Please be conscious about brining single use plastic water bottles, the water in this house is, by far, better than anything you can buy!

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

This rate for this house is $10,000 per week. This house is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 3 queen sets of sheets, 2 Twins, 8 bath towels and 6 hand towels, as well as 8 beach towels. If you feel you may need more of any of the linens and towels, please contact www.blockislandlinenrental.com at your own expense.

Due to the location and remoteness of Block Island we cannot guarantee any internet service. If the internet is not working at the house, we will do our best to resolve the situation but there will not be any refunds or guarantee on this amenity.
