The main level has a combined living, dining, kitchen, half bath, and a large deck just off the living area. This level also includes two bedroom-suites with king beds and full baths. Enjoy the open outdoor space for dining and an evening show of the sunset sky and stars.

With a place for everyone, the first level offers 3 additional spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One room offers a queen and the other two bedrooms each have 1 full and 1 twin.  A second living room area “a great place to hang-out” on the first level is also an open plan and provides delightful natural light. The lowest finished level of this home also has the laundry room and entry area. An additional covered porch on the lower level allows for abundant outdoor living and a perfect afternoon rest-with-your-book-time out of the sun.

Located near Fresh Pond this newly built house has all the “bells and whistles”, a vacationer could hope for on their weeklong Block Island getaway.

The weekly rental rate includes cleaning, linens, garbage removal & beach supplies.

This rate for this house is $14,500 per week. This house is a Sunday to Sunday rental. This rental does not rent nightly. Starting Rental Dates 8/23/24 the house is a Friday Turnover not a Sunday Turnover. 

Please note the linens and towels that are included in this rental are the following: 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 full and 2 twin sets of sheets, 10 bath towels and 8 hand towels, as well as 10 beach towels.
