Honesty is my driving principle in all aspects of my life.
I return to the ocean for boating, surfing, fishing, or just exploring.
Truly, I love where I live so much that a get away is just right down the street to the beautiful mouth of Narrow River on my Boston Whaler.
"For every minute you are angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness." - Emerson
The gift of my sons. They bring me joy, pride, and humility daily.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Ben gained a deep love for the ocean on the shores of Cape Cod, where he learned and developed work ethic from his parents in their thriving waterfront seasonal business. After graduating from UMass Amherst with a film degree, Ben traveled the United States, exploring both coastlines, and cemented his respect and love for the salt water and rhythms of the waves.
It was in Southern California that Ben got his first taste of small business and developed a love for local cuisine and hospitality services. After returning to the East Coast, he started his first business at the age of 24. This grew into an empire, including a local farm-to-table catering company that highlighted the wonders of Rhode Island farmland. He found success in the restaurant business, winning Best of Rhode Island multiple times as well as a Forty Under Forty award.
Ben currently resides in South County, Rhode Island and is able to explore and thrive in all his passions which include surfing in Narragansett, exercising, and martial arts training. Family life is also a priority to Ben, he enjoys sunset boat rides with his wife Jessica and two sons Eli and Brody.
It is because Ben has found his home in South County, Rhode Island that he has become passionate about sharing the bounty and opportunities available with perspective buyers. Ben is your real estate agent for coastal property as well as a unique and personalized buying and selling experience.
Please contact Ben for personalized custom care throughout your entire process. Ben takes pride in servicing his clients by delivering exceptional service and establishing lifelong relationships in our beloved Ocean State.
What They’re Saying...
I recently sold our weekend house at 116 Gold Mine Road in Foster. I absolutely couldn't have done it without your agents Jonathan Kaufman and Ben Woods. I had no idea real estate agents would work that hard and put in so much time! The sale was particularly difficult for me since I am 80 years old, my husband is not well, and we live in Providence, 30 miles away from the house. Besides the showings, which I expected as normal, there were many inspections and a substantial amount of work to be supervised. Jonathan and Ben did almost all of it. But in addition to the work, they did an amazing job of listening to me----patiently----and reassuring me when we ran into difficulties. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest client they ever had, but I am certainly the most grateful. I don't know what the proper protocol is for expressing my thanks, so I am writing to you. I hope you will let them know they are appreciated.
