My husband and I were rushed out of our apartment in the beginning of June and were on a mission to purchase our first home by the time school started again in September. Dani being a friend, was our first choice for our realtor of course! We started our search in three towns and for two weeks straight, almost every day, Dani was driving 20 plus miles to show us house after house. We must have visited at least 15 different homes. Being a sellers market and having such a small budget, it was getting tricky to find the right home for us. We kept putting offers in on multiple homes and we would be out bid by buyers without a mortgage or who would wave the inspection. We put an offer in anyway. They counter offered and we had to tell them our answer by that evening. We were on our way to a wedding that night and Dani called saying there was a perfect home in our school district, in our price range that just popped up today! She insisted we had to see it that day before we answered the counter offer. We all rushed to the house and were the first people to be able to view it. It was perfect! The offer went in that night and we finally were accepted!! Our home is exactly what we had been waiting for! Our house bunting experience was not what we expected it to be, but when we look back on it we think of the people like Dani who made the experience amazing!
