Debbie was born and raised in Rhode Island. She grew up spending summers in Matunuck and has been living in Charlestown for 39 years and is very familiar with all of southern Rhode Island. She is happily married with three children and has been a member of the Charlestown Board of Canvassers, Chariho Regional School Committee and Charlestown Town Council. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, children, and three beautiful granddaughters.
