Annie and her team were truly a god-send for us. We were in the process of selling three houses during a difficult time in our family, and we were trying to do everything by ourselves. Annie gave us a call, and as soon as we signed her on, she took care of everything. The properties were listed with beautiful pictures, she took care of all communications with buyer's agents, etc., and we ended up getting more than our asking price on all three properties! Her associate Jonathan was also great when we met up in person to discuss offers, and the whole experience was smooth, relaxed, and professional. I recently sold our weekend house at 116 Gold Mine Road in Foster. I absolutely couldn't have done it without your agents Jonathan Kaufman and Ben Woods. I had no idea real estate agents would work that hard and put in so much time! The sale was particularly difficult for me since I am 80 years old, my husband is not well, and we live in Providence, 30 miles away from the house. Besides the showings, which I expected as normal, there were many inspections and a substantial amount of work to be supervised. Jonathan and Ben did almost all of it. But in addition to the work, they did an amazing job of listening to me----patiently----and reassuring me when we ran into difficulties. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest client they ever had, but I am certainly the most grateful. I don't know what the proper protocol is for expressing my thanks, so I am writing to you.
