The agency said it handled both sides of the sale, with Alyce Wright and Courtney van Beuren representing the seller and Kendra Toppa representing the buyer.
The 4,260-square-foot house was built in 2013 and is on 1.19 acres between the Carnegie Abbey Club and Newport Beach Club. It has four bedrooms, five and one-half baths, two fireplaces and an attached two-car garage.
