The family room includes two over-sized sofas, gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. A built-in dry bar stocked with plenty of drinkware is found in the dining area along with a table that seats six-eight. Travel to the kitchen that holds a two-tiered center island topped with marble and includes a bar sink, wine fridge, microwave and seating for four. Custom cabinetry with stainless steel appliances surrounds the center island, elegantly finishing the fully equipped kitchen. Retreat to the first-floor master bedroom that holds a king size bed, two nightstands and a walk-in closet along with a double vanity sink and frameless glass shower-stall encompassed in floor-to-ceiling tile. A laundry area with a sink is located off the kitchen along with a backdoor that leads to the backyard.

The second floor has three more generous sized bedrooms that include large closets and ceiling fans, along with a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo in the hallway. The first bedroom has two full size beds, one nightstand, and bureau. The second bedroom holds a queen size bed, bureau, changing table, crib, two nightstands and a chair. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, desk and office chair, and two nightstands.

The unbelievable outdoor space, is guaranteed for all to enjoy! A privacy fence surrounds a gorgeous custom-built stone patio that boasts an outdoor kitchen with a bar that seats five, gas grill, and a sink. Step down from the kitchen to a large table covered by an oversized built-in umbrella that seats eight. Sit back, relax and cozy up on the outdoor couch by the gas fire pit and watch a movie on the 130” projection screen. Additionally, there is a fully enclosed outdoor shower.

Cleaning & linen fee: An additional cleaning & linen fee will be charged to renters during the summer season. Linens include professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and thermal blankets (light comforter) for all occupants. All beds will be made with fresh linens prior to your arrival (bed-making does not include futons, pull-out couches, murphy beds, etc). Please note that beach towels are not included.

Bookings 14 nights or greater: Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25.00 cleaning fee. Guests that book a full month (29 nights or greater) will be charged an additional $50.00 cleaning fee.
