Looking to the market as a whole, Lila Delman maintained the highest market share of closed sales in both Newport County and Washington County. In Newport County, Lila Delman closed $60,000,000 more in sales than the next closest firm. In Washington County, Lila Delman led by over $16,000,000.

According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, no other individual agent has ever sold over $100,000,000 in one year. Lori also ranked as the top agent in Washington County, which she led by over $44,000,000 to the next closet agent.
