Looking to the market as a whole, Lila Delman maintained the highest market share of closed sales in both Newport County and Washington County. In Newport County, Lila Delman closed $60,000,000 more in sales than the next closest firm. In Washington County, Lila Delman led by over $16,000,000.
Lori Joyal, Broker Associate and Sales Manager of Lila Delman’s Watch Hill Office, shattered Statewide records, having individually closed $109,076,650 in sales volume in 2020 and ranking as the top individual agent in the State. According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, no other individual agent has ever sold over $100,000,000 in one year. Lori also ranked as the top agent in Washington County, which she led by over $44,000,000 to the next closet agent.
Bob Bailey, Sales Manager of Lila Delman’s Jamestown Office, ranked as the top agent in both Newport County and in Jamestown, with $52,827,500 in 2020 sales volume.
