We were delighted to work with Ben on the sale of our summer home in Jamestown. He has a real understanding of the real estate market as evidenced by pricing the property correctly and presenting it advantageously to prospective buyers as well as on the real estate web sites. We received an offer much sooner than expected, and very close to the asking price. His committment to the sale from inception to closing was exceptional. He arranged for everything( we live out of state), from inspections to the repairs we agreed to do in negotiations with the buyer.
